Friendly hotel located in a beautiful area just off dolmush stop to Marmaris, the beach and bars and restaurants, and night life. Delicious breakfast with a good choice of meals. Particularly good location at a short distance from Icmeler Yeni Cami Mosque. Nice pool, parking nearby. The quiet feel of the property. Awesome stay, as always.

The rooms are clean and generally offer an electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe. The breakfast was delicious, we greatly enjoyed plenty of meals;))

Hip new hotel in a marvellous area near to the supermarket, and local shops and beach. Very friendly and incredibly kind staff with knowledge of the place. Delicious breakfast with variety of fab foods. Really useful base for nightlife.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, situated in the most beautiful area. The views of the mountains from our room were breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The service was top-notch and the level of comfort provided exceeded our expectations. We also loved the fact that this hotel offered car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services. It made our vacation even more convenient and hassle-free.

The hotel is situated in a fairly quiet area of the city, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. It is located very close to the marvelous beach area, which is easily accessible on foot along a very beautiful road. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well-equipped with basic facilities such as TV, fridge and air-conditioning. The service provided by staff members is outstanding, and we especially enjoyed the delicious and big breakfasts served every morning.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to supermarkets, the beach, and public transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was also great. The staff and owners were very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The pool was a good size and added to the enjoyment of our stay.

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of things that could be improved. it would have been great to have more variety in the breakfast options, such as Turkish yogurt.

The hotel was located near the beach and had a good view of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained.

The room was small and cramped. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. There was no hot water in the morning for the shower. The towels were old and stained. the hotel was not worth the cost and would not recommend staying here for New Year's Eve.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were always happy to help and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel also offered a lovely swimming pool and a daily cleaning service which kept our room tidy and fresh.

The hotel could use some renovations as the rooms felt a bit outdated and worn. the breakfast selection was limited and could benefit from more variety.

I gotta say, Avlu 4 was worth every penny! The room was spacious with amazing mountain views from the balconies. The location was spot on, close to everything but still nice and quiet. The staff, especially Murat, were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel's location was ideal, close to major markets and the sea. The pool was clean and not overcrowded, providing a great place for relaxation.
